For marketing teams

Personas and content your board can defend.

Mary builds evidence-graded buyer personas from your website, writes content to the standard AI answer engines cite, and holds every piece until a named reviewer signs it off.

Four sample buyer personas: Scale-up Sophie and Content-Lead Callum with high confidence, Procurement Priya and Ops-Minded Olivia with medium confidence. Each shows a goal, the website it came from and bars for first-party, researched and synthesis evidence.

Does this sound familiar?

“Our personas are opinion dressed as research.”

Every persona statement carries its source, and each section of the dossier is graded on its evidence.

“We can’t check the AI drafts before they ship.”

Every draft gets a quality report, and approval stays locked until a named reviewer signs a six-point checklist.

Evidence you can show leadership

When someone asks “where did this come from?”, can you show them?

Mary starts by reading your company’s website. Every statement carries one of four labels. Quotes are pulled from the stored copy of each page and checked; Mary can’t write one. What can’t be verified isn’t shown as fact, and the screen says how many claims were left out.

The company overview for the sample company Brightmoor. Each fact carries a source label. A note says 3 things couldn’t be verified and aren’t shown, and a pop-up shows the quoted sentence, We’re based in Clerkenwell, London, and work with clients across the UK, with the About page it came from.

The evidence mix, on every persona

Each persona comes with a dossier covering goals, pressures and buying behavior, graded section by section. The evidence mix shows how much of it rests on each kind of source, and a confidence level tells you how far to trust it. A low score is shown, not hidden.

Content with a paper trail

Can you show how each article was made?

Mary researches the question first, then writes to the standard AI answer engines cite, the way ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews quote sources. Every article carries its paper trail.

  1. 1

    Written from

Every article lists what it was written from: the brand identity, the company analysis, the personas and the research sources.

The top of a sample article, How long does it take to build B2B buyer personas?, version 3, with a Written from strip listing the brand identity, the company analysis, 3 personas and 12 research sources.
  2. 2

    Quality report

Must fix, should fix and flagged for review, each with what was expected, what was found and what to do. Checks that couldn’t run are listed too.

Two must-fix findings in a sample quality report: the FAQ search-engine data doesn’t match the article, and the brand disclaimer is missing, each with expected, found and what to do.
  3. 3

    Signed approval

Approval stays locked, with the reason in plain words, until must-fix issues are fixed, every flagged passage has a decision, and a named reviewer signs the six-point checklist.

The review panel for a sample article. Approve is disabled, and the reason reads: approval needs 2 must-fix issues fixed, 3 flagged passages decided and the checklist signed.
The reviewer’s six-point checklist for version 3, with a button that records the reviewer’s name and the time.
  4. 4

    Version lock

An approved article is locked. Any change starts a new version, so what was approved is what ships.

Can Mary write in our brand voice?

Yes, once your team has set it. Mary proposes your brand identity from your website: voice, audience, reading level, spelling, phrases you never use and the disclaimers every article must carry. Someone on your team accepts or edits each field, and every writer and every article works from the result.

How do new hires learn the customer?

The company reading, the personas and the brand identity sit in one project, with their sources. Every new hire starts from the same evidence instead of re-learning the customer from old decks.

How does the 90-day plan work for a team?

Mary builds the plan from the company reading, the personas, the competitor picture and the technical SEO checks, sized to the hours your team actually has. Each piece is drafted when it’s due, goes through the quality report and waits for approval.

You can also connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics, so the plan takes your own search and traffic data into account. Both are optional.

What will your security review ask?

We’d rather give you a short, true answer than a long, impressive one.

Security and data →
  • Your data is hosted in the UK, in London.
  • Each organization’s data is kept separate, and that separation is tested automatically on every change.
  • Documentation on request for your IT and procurement review.
  • We don’t claim a security certification. If your review asks for one, we’ll tell you exactly where we stand.
  • HubSpot integration is in the first release. WordPress follows shortly after.
  • Nothing publishes without a named person approving it.

Which plan fits a marketing team?

Professional is built for a team rather than one person: more content, more people working in it, and an approval workflow everyone follows.

It has a monthly allowance that’s checked before any work starts, with a warning as you approach the limit, so there are no surprise overruns.

Questions marketing teams ask

How is this different from an AI writing tool?

Marketing Mary starts with evidence, not a prompt. She reads your website, labels every claim with its source and builds graded personas before she writes anything. Every article then goes through a quality report and waits for a named person to sign a six-point checklist.

What does an evidence-graded persona show?

Each persona has a dossier graded section by section with its sources cited, an evidence mix showing how much rests on first-party, researched and synthesis evidence, and a confidence level. A low score is shown, not hidden.

Can Marketing Mary write in our brand voice?

Yes. Mary proposes a brand identity from your website, covering voice, audience, reading level, spelling, phrases to avoid and required disclaimers. Your team accepts or edits each field before Mary writes anything.

Where is our data hosted, and is it kept separate?

Marketing Mary is hosted in the UK, in London. Each organization’s data is kept separate, and that separation is tested automatically on every change. We don’t claim a security certification, and documentation is available on request.

Does it work with HubSpot?

Yes. HubSpot integration is part of the first release. WordPress follows shortly after.
