What if you only have a couple of hours a week?
Then that’s the plan. Tell Mary how much time you can give, and the plan is laid out day by day to fit it. A one-person team gets a plan one person can run.
Illustrative cards with sample data. The plan changes with your hours; Mary makes no promise about results.
Who does the work, and who says yes?
Mary does the work. You say yes. When a piece of the plan is due, Mary drafts it and checks it the same way she checks every article. Then it waits for you. Nothing goes live untouched.

Can you change the plan once it’s running?
Whenever you like. The plan is stored with your project, so you can move a piece, drop one or add your own. If you correct something Mary got wrong about your business, the pieces still to come follow your correction.
When the news pulse picks up something new in your market, it shows up next to your plan, dated and with its source, so you can decide whether to act on it.

Questions about the 90-day plan
What is the 90-day plan?
A 13-week marketing plan that Mary builds from your website, your best customers, your competitors, your website health check and market research. It’s laid out day by day, sized to the hours you have, and carried out piece by piece with your approval.
How does the plan fit the time I have?
You tell Mary how many hours you can give each week, and the day-by-day calendar is sized to fit. Change the hours later and the plan changes with them.
Do I need Google Search Console or Google Analytics?
No. The plan works from your web address alone. Connecting them is optional, and lets Mary take how people find and use your site today into account.
Does the plan publish anything on its own?
No. Each piece is drafted when it’s due and checked, then waits for a named person to approve it against a six-point checklist. Nothing goes live untouched.
Can I change the plan?
Yes, at any point. Move, drop or add pieces. The plan is stored with your project, and the pieces still to come follow any correction you make.
Where does the plan publish?
HubSpot integration is part of the first release. WordPress follows shortly after.
