What does a normal week look like?

Every week follows the same simple pattern. Here’s a typical one for Harbour Supply, an industrial supplier.

  1. Monday

    Here’s this week’s plan

A short list for the week, sized to your hours. Each item comes from your 90-day plan.

  2. Wednesday

Your article is ready to review

Written to show up on Google and when people ask ChatGPT, and checked before you see it.

The review panel for an article: who created it and when, a Send for review button, and the result of its check, with 2 things to fix and 1 to review.
Real screen with sample data · anything to fix is listed for you
  3. Friday

    Two website fixes to approve

Mary checks your site page by page and explains each fix in plain words.

What does Mary do, and what do I do?

Mary does

  • Reads every page of your website she can reach
  • Works out who your best customers are
  • Builds a 90-day plan around your hours
  • Writes the articles, and checks each one before you see it
  • Checks your website page by page
  • Tells you what she couldn’t find or check

You do

  • Give Mary your web address
  • Correct anything she got wrong
  • Read each article, then approve it or ask for changes
  • Approve website fixes
  • Change the plan whenever you like

How much of my time does it take?

As much as you have. Mary sizes the plan to the hours you can give it each week, so it fits around the rest of your work. Your part is mostly reading, correcting and approving.

For the one-person marketing team

Are you the only one doing marketing?

Every piece Mary makes shows where it came from. When the owner asks why you’re writing about trade accounts this week, you can show them the reason, straight from your own website.

  • Every line in a customer profile shows the page it came from.
  • Every article says who it was written for, and from what.
  • Every approval is recorded with a name and a date.

How does Mary help people find you on Google and in ChatGPT?

When people need a business like yours, many type a question into Google or ask ChatGPT. Mary writes articles that answer those questions clearly, in your voice. She also points out what makes your pages hard for Google to read, and how to fix it.

  • Answers the questions your customers ask
  • Names your business where an answer is likely to be quoted
  • Fixes things like missing page titles and broken links

Nobody can promise where you’ll appear. What you get is the work done properly, every week, with your OK on all of it.

Questions small businesses ask

What do I need to get started?

Only your web address. Mary reads your site, works out who your best customers are and shows where every line came from. You correct anything she got wrong afterward.

How much of my time does it take?

The plan is sized to the hours you have each week. Mary does the reading, the planning and the writing. Your part is mostly reading, correcting and approving.

What’s in the Free plan?

Mary reads your website, works out your best customers and gives you a short plan, so you can judge her work on your own business. Pricing for all plans is to be confirmed.

Will Mary make things up about my business?

No. Mary only uses what’s on your website and shows where every line came from. She never writes quotes: the exact sentence is copied from your page and checked. If something can’t be checked, she leaves it out and tells you.

Do I need to know anything about marketing?

No. Mary explains everything in plain words and gives you a short to-do list each week. There’s nothing to install or set up.

Can I go over my limit by accident?

No. Mary shows what work will use before she starts, warns you as you get close to your monthly allowance, and stops at the limit rather than running over.
